Personal Description:
I am a self directed, enthusiastic teacher with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. I often design challenging, enriching and innovative activities that address the diverse interests and needs of students. I think I possessed outstanding communication skills, present information in a variety of ways, emphasizing of relevant class materials to the world beyond the classroom. I am also an active team member who effectively collaborates with all levels of staff members and establishes quality relationships with students.
Teaching Experience:
I was working previously as an Education Officer at state secondary schools in Mauritius. I was teaching French to students of the group aging from 12 to 18.Then I have moved to France and I was working as a French teacher in a college for 4 years, teaching french, to students in the age group of 11-18.
Tutoring Approach:
my first action is to find out where the student stand, what are his strengths and weaknesses. this is done my asking oral questions or by devising a proper revision questions. after knowing this, i will devise a plan depending n their capabilities. for weaker pupils, a thorough revision will be done so as to strengthen their foundation knowledge. and for brighter students, exam papers will be given to them to have a good practice. revision as well will be performed. this wil be done mainly when correcting the papers and working out specimen papers
