Information About Mary:

Personal Description:

I am second year biology student at Bristol University. I have always been passionate about science, setting up a science magazine at my school. I enjoy reading around the subject and now write for the science section of the University Newspaper the Epigram.

Teaching Experience:

No formal tutoring experience but taught younger siblings biology GCSE. Also worked at a Normandy Tennis club teaching children aged 7-12 tennis at summer camps.

Tutoring Approach:

I take a calm and methodical approach to tutoring. I volunteered at Riding for the Disable, working as a the co-ordinater for a year. I helped teach disabled people of all ages to ride the horses, something I found rewarding and therapeutic. Having taken all science a - levels and now embarking on a biology degree, I want to impart my enthusiasm for science onto others.
