I am a Maths teacher and an official AQA EXAMINER.
All my tutees have reached their predicted grades and the vast majority have exceeded expectations.


I have a MSc in Chemistry with 2 years of Maths and Physics studies.
Also I have A Levels in Maths, English and Italian.

My mother tongue is Italian as I was born in Italy and lived there until 22 years ago when I relocated to England. I would be a perfect support for Italian language learners.

I offer a 50% discount for the first lesson.

For several years I have successfully tutored students privately to help them throughout their year's program.
With 100% rate of success, I can bring enthusiasm, empathy and patience to each session and burst tutees confidence.

Since the first lockdown, I have specialised in tutoring online using Meet, Skype, Zoom, etc. and interactive whiteboards like Jamboard.

I am very confident with the new 9-1 program as I also am an OFFICIAL EXAMINER for the GCSE final examinations (I mark the summer sessions exams papers). This is really helpful because I can see common mistakes and misconceptions that can benefit the tutees.

I also have experience with the International GCSE (iGCSE) and the Free Standing Mathematics Qualifications (FSMQ).

Tutoring Approach:

During the one-to-one sessions, I use a platform that allows to video call and share the screen so that I can show resources and exercises with students. I also use interactive whiteboard programs to walk students through examples step by step.
Once I got to know the tutee's needs, I tailor the resources and their exercises to both burst their confidence and improve their knowledge of maths.

Offline, between one session and the other, I search for the best topics for the students needs as well as worksheets for them to practice on. I also mark past papers and homework and support them with any questions they have.

I fully adapt to the learners needs while following a tailored program to suit the student's abilities and targets
