Tutoring Approach:

Teaching methodology
I believe the role of a teacher should be that of facilitator within the learning environment, rather than formal instructor. There should be a constant interaction with the learners, and the use of effective questioning should be employed in order to promote good understanding and mastering of the learning objectives.

Learner-centred and personalised teaching
I believe that all learners must be treated as individuals and should be supplied with a range of teaching materials which are interesting, relevant, stimulating and, most importantly suited to the students' preferences and learning styles. Teachers should always be sufficiently flexible to accommodate the needs of learners, constantly adjusting the learning objectives in order to ensure the learners can access the teaching materials and find them challenging and relevant.
