Personal Description:

I am a teacher who offers tuition in my spare time.
Aside from teaching I enjoy travelling, long walks and spending time with friends and family.
Travelling has been a great way to develop my linguistic skills and learn about different cultures, all of which have enriched my lessons



Teaching Experience:

I am a languages teacher in a secondary school specialising in French, Spanish and German. I have over 5 years of teaching experience and over 10 years of tutoring experience. I tutor all ages and abilities from beginner or primary school up to A Level



Tutoring Approach:

My approach to learning in general is that people do not enjoy things they do not understand, therefore they under perform in that particular area. Removing obstacles and addressing misconceptions is key to building a solid foundation to any form of learning. In my years as a teacher and tutor I have helped students who were unable to even engage in a language lesson become confident linguists who flourished in school and have gone on to study languages at A Level and beyond
