Personal Description:
I have a PhD in Neuroscience at Newcastle University and have completed Masters of Philosophy in Neuroscience from the same University. I also have earned Masters degree in Applied Genetics, Bachelors in Biotechnology, Chemistry and Genetics. My subject expertise is in molecular and cellular biology, genetics for university levels and biology for schools.
Teaching Experience:
I have tutored a few students in the UK and have covered science for GCSE students and Genetics for higher studies. During my tenure as a Research Associate at Newcastle university, I have also supervised undergrad students during their final year lab projects. I also have taught primary and secondary school goers and pre university students in India in the subjects of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and life sciences.
Tutoring Approach:
I make an initial assessment of the students understanding of the subject and once the calibre of the student has been established then I plan out an individual principled approach to teaching using interactive sessions along with audio and visual aid.
