Information About Eileen:
Personal Description:
I am a graduate of the Open University and a current university and college lecturer teaching in the subject areas to the current SQA curriculum in these subjects.
I am also an experienced private tutor in the listed subjects and have taught privately for 10 years.
Prior to teaching I was a research chemist and development manager for international companies.
Teaching Experience:
I have tutored a range of students in sciences and maths for SG, N5, H, AH and IB.
I have the Teaching Qualification in Further Education ( TQFE) and have taught science for over 10 years both face to face and on line.
Tutoring Approach:
I am flexible in terms of lesson scheduling and duration.
I can give comprehensive tutoring support throughout the year, underpinning the school or college teaching. Additionally I can give shorter term assistance, focussing on key problems and areas of difficulty.
