Personal Description:
52 years old,Chiswick born/bred/resident, successfully tutored my nephews to Oxford graduation in French(now Phds). Calm, patient, lucid style;i will adapt to your speed and try to teach you effective study methods to help you gain the top grades.Ienjoy making you see the enjoyable side of productive study so that you ahve have time to enjoy a full and satiisfying exam experience and, hopefully, career beyond using the knowledge you have gained. My elder brothers are Doctors/Uni professors/Olympic team GB Medical Consultants.

I worked for 20 years in International Banking as Staff Translator to HSBC/Midland Bank International
in the City of London Intl HQ whilst part timing as a Tutor to KS/11+/GCSE/A levels with great success.
Hobbies:Distinction Standard Diploma Piano/Singing LCM ;Rower for some 40 years;qualified Sports/Remedial massage therapist; cricket umpire;Member of the London Society of Magicians.

I have worked as an independent school languages master (English, French,German erman) for the last 20 years
And am an AQA examiner trained. I coached 100s of students to exam success in 11+, gcse, as/a2 levels

Ihave been told that I am calm, very focussed, keeping the study sessions organized with regular feedback of homework set/completed. I will listen and help you to the best of my ability and make regular practice of past exam papers the bedrock of your time with me so that you can hopefully actually enjoy your exam. I will also give you advice on keeping yourself calm and relaxed for your studies/exams.
