Personal Description:

I am a motivated and dedicated person. I love to teach, read and cook. I have a BA Hons Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Teaching Experience:

I have been Head of Business, and an Examiner (2016-2019) and an experienced teacher for 18 years. I am very passionate about working with students. I have been trained to teach Business (GCSE and A Level), BTEC First, tech award for Enterprise, and Travel and Tourism and Btec Level 3 Nationals, OCR Nationals, Business Communication & Systems. I teach Economics up to A Level. I have taught business to students aged 14-19. I have taught ICT to students aged 12-14. I have taught students of mixed abilities in Hertfordshire and Central London.
I have taught English to several primary to students aged 7-8.
Progress over a short period of time both for GCSE and A Level students have been Outstanding. 83% of students achieved B-A*'s for their GCSE's. Currently A2 Level students in Summer of 2014- 2016 achieved 100% A-A* in Business Studies

Tutoring Approach:

I can easily motivate, challenge and inspire students of different abilities. I make lessons interesting to understand and make sure students are focused and engaged with the learning taking place. I am strict and direct and can tailor lessons to suit student's requirements e.g. for a particular subject/module. There is always regular targets and tests set to monitor students progress over weeks with continuous parental updates.
