Personal Description:
A practicing Tutor, currently employed by a national music school teaching Singing, but with a varied background including a Law Degree from the University of Cambridge, Masters qualification in Management and Corporate Governance and a Masters degree qualification in Music. Competent across several fields, and qualified to a high level. Also working as a performer with recent radio and TV work, alongside experience with professional orchestras.
Teaching Experience:
3 years experience tutoring, including private work, employment at a national music school in Belfast, and work at an academy in Dublin.
Available to teach all the mentioned subjects, alongside music theory and music theatre skills (Grades 1-8 London College of Music).
Experience also working in the USA tutoring singers in Music Theatre skills.
Tutoring Approach:
Believes in creating a positive learning environment for students, and one which will allow them to feel relaxed, gain confidence and excel. Approach is very much one of assessing the goals of the student and working towards them within a fun but structured environment.
