Personal Description:
I am currently working with East Riding Supply Services for day to day and some time long term basis, as Tutor/instructor (maths) in different schools (nursery to Secondary) of Hull and East Riding Area.
Teaching Experience:
I am teaching face to face and online for more than 10 years. I am also working for different agencies to teach maths up to GCSE level. I Working with variety of pupils have given me great strength and experience in teaching maths. Teaching maths is my passion and give me great satisfaction when I achieve my goals
Tutoring Approach:
Negotiate with the pupils to get commitment. Ask for suggestions and remember to justify and compromise.
Regularly review the rules together
Encourage pupils to devise rules
Remind pupils of any relevant rules
Encourage and develop skills
Regularly get pupils to self-assess their own behaviour
Have high expectations and let them know what those are.
Develop flexible responses and teaching styles.
