Personal Description:
Hello!
My name is Catherine, I am a 21 years old French girl studying International Relations at London School of Economics (LSE)
I enjoy new challenges, I am really adaptable, open minded and easy going.
Teaching Experience:
I have been tutoring students for the past three years and they ALL are at least on a high 2.1 at University.
I have been working in the Language Centre at Leeds Uni for the past two years.
I have also been tutoring a French Teacher from Leeds University on French Politics, Culture and Literature
In June 2009 I was a Matron in an English boarding school.
Tutoring Approach:
If you already have some interest for French, I will be the one who will help you make your way right to the top
Teaching is something I really love doing. I will be happy to help you improve your grammar, pronunciation, orthography, as well as teaching you about the very rich french culture and Politics. The cultural side is indeed the part I love to speak about (as a lesson or just randomly) because I believe learning a language is not only learning its grammar.
I am specialised on tutoring people who already have some basis of French (From A Level to fluent).
