Information About Victoria:
Personal Description:
I am a 25 year old female, living in the Meanwood area of Leeds. I completed my degree at Leeds Metropolitan University in 2004, from there i went on to study for my PGCE at Huddersfield University. I then started work at a sixth form college in Leeds teaching mainly AS/A2 Sociology.
Teaching Experience:
I have been a teacher at a sixth form college in Leeds now for 3 years and before that taught at Pontefract New College. I have taught GCSE, AS and A2 level sociology on both the AQA and OCR specification. As well as this i am an examiner for OCR.
Tutoring Approach:
I like to a more personal approach to tutoring, responding to how to the student likes to learn and interact in order for them to progress to the best of their ability. I have a variety of teaching resources and activities that can be used at all levels and adapted to cater for individual students needs.
