Information About Emma:
Personal Description:
I am 19 and studying Applied Biomedical Science at Lincoln University. I studied Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and General Studies at A level.
Teaching Experience:
I have tutored year 7's before, and helped some year 9 study for their SAT's. I also used to help prepare people for their gradings in Kung Fu. I have a Pooh Bear Reading qualification which means I have been trained to help people improve their reading abilities.
Tutoring Approach:
Learning should be fun and I try to find ways of explaining things which don't just involve the text books. I also understand how hard it can be to understand concepts which appear to have no relevance to real life and so try to explain when and how they're used in the real world. Like I said, learning should be fun so I'll try to find a way to make it enjoyable for everyone.
