Personal Description:
I am a professional languages teacher. I have lived in both Spain and Portugal, and as such am familiar with all the little aspects of culture as well as languafe nuances. I have a wide range of resources available, both interactive and traditional. My fee incudes all resources required. I am happy to work with groups as well as individually.
Teaching Experience:
Teaching English as a foreign language
Teaching Spanish in an academy in southern Spain
Teacher in an 11-16 high school as well as being a private tutor of Spanish, Portuguese and French
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tutoring depends on the type of learner. I have to get to know my students to decide on my strategy. I find that a mix of interactive exericises with listening and writing experience can allow most learners to access their chosen language. To be honest I feel that the most important element in language learning is to build confidence and enjoy it!
