By showing proof of how a calculation or question works, I believe that anyone can grasp a method if they are shown the reason behind its usage. I believe I can offer an alternative to the class driven method of teaching, and allow students to gain aptitude in spotting the need for a calculation just by reading the question, and hopefully then on to creating their own calculations and solutions! I also aim to make a heavy question of 5 or 6 marks appear to be just a group of smaller questions, making each mark easier to get. After successfully completing my bachelor in Jazz Saxophone at the Conservatoire of Trento (Italy), I moved to Milan where I have balanced studies and work for almost 2 years. Although I specialise in saxophone and jazz, I am able to teach the recorder, flute, and (classical) music theory.

I started learning music with the Kodaly method at the age of 5 and have been studying, playing and teaching music ever since. As a freelance and private saxophone and flute teacher, I always try to apply that same method when teaching my students.
