Currently I offer French, Spanish and Italian private tuition to adults requiring languages for work or leisure. I teach from home or via Zoom. I love teaching languages and I have lots of materials of my own available to make lessons fun. I'm very patient with an easy-going outlook and am happy to go at any pace, however slow, to make students feel at ease during lessons.

I fell in love with the French language at an early age and went on to complete an honours degree in French Studies at the University of Birmingham. I am bilingual in Italian and English after living in Italy for 20 years, I also am fluent in Spanish and French from learning those languages at school from the age of 7. I like to teach by combining text book based learning with practical use of the language I am teaching so for example a typical lesson might start with reviewing the exercises set out in a textbook such as answering a series of questions on a writing passage and then moving into a more conversational type of lesson where we would discuss our plans for the weekend in the language being taught or try some practical exercises such as making a plate of food using the language being taught.
