I am an Open University graduate having completed an BA(Hons) degree. I chose my own programme of study which consisted of French,English Language Studies with GCSE/Standard grade Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. I am passionate about languages and about language teaching in particular and am a fully qualified secondary school teacher with vast experience in the education system and in the teaching of modern foreign languages. In Italy I always gave lessons to pupils (Primary and High school) that needed an extra support in mastering the Italian language (grammar, writing and speaking) and all the school subjects.
As a Teaching Assistant I worked with children/teenagers with learning disabilities and autism in a Special Needs school. I've improved my communication skills and learnt new ways to teach and understand my students'needs first of all.
