Together with the tutee, I will then pick a grammar point which stood out in the translation exercise as requiring the most immediate attention. We will spend five to ten minutes working on that, with the tutee's understanding tested with some reinforcement exercises. At the end of the lesson we will recap all the new vocabulary and grammar which was covered, and I will typically set a manageable 20 - 30 minute homework for the next session based on what was covered in the lesson. Delivering lessons in English or/and Greek to students from different cultures, backgrounds and age groups.
Collecting data and track progress of the students.
Establishing and recording policies and procedures, managing and facilitating flow of essential information
among members of staff, maintaining student records.
Being the official day to day link between school and parents/carers and the local community.
Organising school events: planning the event, developing and managing budget, negotiating with parents-carers
and management board, designing posters and invitations and managing social networks.

Tutoring Approach:
Friendly and supportive approach to students of all levels.
Use of visual cues, flashcards, games and hands-on activities to engage students to the fullest.
Individual lesson planing tailored to each student's needs.
The aim is to make learning fun.

Personal Description:
My name Is Emma and I am 29 years old.
When I was 8 years old, I moved to Corfu, Greece without any knowledge of the language. I quickly learnt the language whilst attending a Greek school.
I came back to the UK to do my GCSE's in which I paid extra to do a Greek GCSE and I gained an A in this.

Teaching Experience:
I have no teaching experience however I am an easy going, confident and caring person who can go at your own pace and teach you things that you would like to know.

Tutoring Approach:
The first session I would engage with you to find out a bit about yourself and what you would like to achieve in our lessons. I would then create lessons and create you some homework.

I am approachable and am happy to do refreshes of the previous lesson.
