Be careful about which revision guides you buy for your child, because different schools tend to use different ones overall. When my child lost his physics guide, I searched for one quickly on amazon, and they are very cheep and useful.

According to my daughter, this is a useful addition to any GCSE course; it not only helps with revision, but explains things in alternative ways which may help to understand what was taught in class. It also has some amusing asides. Be sure to order the lower or higher level book as appropriate (I got the wrong one first, as usual).

Great guide covers everything in the exam apart from Lasers which come up most of the time and are worth a couple of mark.
