KS2 English Writing Buster - Non-Fiction Writing - Book 1 (CGP KS2 English)
Book Description
This CGP Writing Buster Workbook is packed with practice to help Year 6 pupils develop their Non-Fiction Writing. There’s plenty of guidance to get them started, with space to write their own ideas, then organise the ones they like best into a structured plan before writing the full piece. This is Non-Fiction Writing Book 1 - it covers Factual Reports, Letters to Friends and Family, Formal Letters, Adverts/Flyers, Diaries, Discussing Issues and Writing About Your Point of View. (Non-Fiction Writing Book 2 is also available - see 9781841461984.)Customer Reviews
Does the job,12 December 2013
CGP books always help. Each double page has one page of 23 incorrect sentences and the opposite page to rewrite them with the relevant punctuation. Basic stuff but helpful for practice. We bought books 1, 2, and 3, but just one would have been fine as they all have the same layout and I just wanted my Y5 son to brush up a bit and pay more attention to his punctuation.

I bought this book for my son to do very well. We are going to study and do this book next academic year as he is currently in year 3 in his primary school.

Very helpful for children struggling a little with punctuation. Helpful for parents to see the skill level required at ks2.
Good practice,4 April 2013
Very useful. We are going through it now. Helps to practice more intensely in each area. Would help if the answers were included (for parents to check!)
