       Great inexpensive book,

 Our daughter is the youngest in the class and is working towards age related expectations in Math. She finds this subject the trickiest and we know she enjoys these books as we’ve purchased the. In the past. We’re hoping with that by doing a page a day will help her not only progress in the subject but will keep her little mind ticking over on what she has learnt over the last year.The books are fun and really good quality.

Always loved these as a kid when revising and now I’m a tutor I find them so good for refreshing and practice. Especially good for daily/weekly tasks but brilliant in the run up to exams/tests end of year etc to revise everything done through practice!

I found KS1 Maths Numeracy Workout Book very useful for my son who is in year 2. Being one of the youngest in his class (August born baby) and he was finding it difficult to catch-up with his mates. I bought this book during the mid-term brake and was using it to teach my son. I allowed him to start solving the maths problems on his own and ask for help where he needs one. The books guide me on area to teach. This book developed his logical thinking and he is no longer afraid of maths.Now, my son has lot of interest in maths.

I bought this book to help my daughter who is in year 2 have a bit more confidence with her Maths and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. Its black and white and not all singing all dancing like some of the more colourful revision aids but my daughter liked the variation in problems and wants to do more which can only be a good thing

CGP books are excellent value for money. As a maths teacher, I always recommended CGP books to my students. Now retired, I'm using them very successfully with my grandchildren for extra practice. They cover the syllabus meticulously and look appealing to youngsters. I have never found a mistake in the answers which is unusual in maths books. Also, where appropriate, the answers are supplied with a brief explanation.

really well planned and covers a variety of topics. Each task is short which means they aren't over facing. My daughter enjoys donthe work.

These are nice 37 page test books that work well for extra homework and revision to make sure your kids are on track for their SAT exams. Just in case you need them, unlike some other books answers are in the back.
