Information About Vanessa:
Personal Description:
My name is Vanessa, and I am a first year student at Nottingham Trent University. I am studying business studies for my formal degree, but I also study Japanese language within the university. I have studied Japanese for a while now, and find it to be a very enjoyable and interesting language. I would be able to teach Beginner level Japanese to all ages.
I have also studied English Literature to A-Level, and would love to assist anyone who needs help either in English grammar lessons or literature from Primary up to A-level.
Teaching Experience:
I have tutored Japanese previously in Northern Ireland.
Tutoring Approach:
I have a real passion for languages which I would love to be able to share with others. I would ideally teach beginners Japanese, including language basics and vocabulary, grammar lessons, reading and writing Hiragana/katakana, as well as an introduction to Kanji.
I have quite a laid back approach to studying both English and Japanese, and usually meet at a cafe within the city. Everyone pick up languages and ideas at different paces, so I like to move at a pace that suits the student.
