Information About Helen:


Personal Description:

I'm a freelance performer writer and drama teacher working with a wide range of individuals in theatre and performance in Glasgow. I also work with non performers on confidence and presentation/interview skills.



Teaching Experience:

I'm a graduate of the Contemporary Theatre Practice course from RSAMD where I gained my teaching skills.
I have taught children and young people ranging from 8 years old through to 21 years old. I have some experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and professional theatre performers.
I also tutor S5 and S6 students through Glasgow University and work with a spectrum of students at RSAMD. I have enhanced disclosure paperwork.



Tutoring Approach:

I'm very flexible in my approach to tutoring, believing each individual tutee to be different. When meeting a tutee I will conduct a short informal interview to ascertain what the tutee's needs are and what work we should carry out.
