Personal Description:

My name is Ruth and I have a degree in English and History BA (Hons) 2:1. I have tutored English successfully for over four years. Previously, I have been an archivist; writing and running family history courses for further education colleges and The University of Liverpool. I am also a published author.

Teaching Experience:

Currently, I am a teaching assistant covering literacy at Key Stage 2 within a local primary school.

Tutoring Approach:

I have a relaxed and friendly needs based approach to tutoring, which can be a mix of in person and online as necessary. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for English.
