Personal Description:
I have over 20 years experience as a professional singer, composer, performer & recording artist.
4 years classical voice training at Royal Conservatoire of Music
3 years commercial Jazz diploma program, College
4 years Stage acting, Theatre school
2 years Film & TV as actor & singer
5 years dance training
Teaching Experience:
I have spent the last six years as a VOCAL COACH teaching students ranging from 15 to 50 years old.
I teach all styles of Vocal Music including, Pop Jazz Rock Classical & Musical Theatre.
I work with public speakers to strengthen their voice & build confidence.
I also teach groups of students in a workshop environment in schools learning about harmony and different styles of music & rhythm.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach as a teacher is to understand what the vocal student wants to learn & help them achieve their goals.
I incorporate the basics in breath control, proper vocal techniques, developing vocal range and focus on performance, lyrics and confidence.
