Personal Description:

I'm a 24 year old happily married qualified primary school teacher. I'm bubbly and a people person.
I enjoy cooking, reading books, playing sport, walking in the countryside and meeting up with quality friends.

Teaching Experience:

I'm a qualified primary school teacher who has completed the Newly Qualified Teacher year. I am a specialist for 3-7 year olds buts am confident and qualified to teach all primary aged children. I completed a four year degree in Education and have experience of teaching all ages and abilities. I have also completed courses in Special Educational Needs education, Safeguarding and am a qualified teacher for English as a Second Language children or adults.

Tutoring Approach:

I am passionate that students should be able to learn through dynamic, individual and relevant lessons. I provide fun lessons whilst maintaining a curriculum based approach. I tailor my lessons to the student and teach to suit their learning style to capture their attention. I use assessment before, during and after lessons to directly inform the subsequent lessons making sure each pupil is getting the necessary support. I set achievable targets with the child to ensure that every lesson the larger aims are being met through broken down goals. I communicate closely with parents to ensure they are kept informed about lesson objectives and the childs progress.

Finally I believe my passion for learning can motivate and enable all children and adults to succeed.

Qualifications:

• Trinity TESOL certificate
• BA Primary Education 2.1 and Qualified Teacher Status
• A levels in subjects including drama and English literature.
• 10 GCSE's. 3 A's in English Language, Drama and Child Development. B's in French and R.E C's in Science (double), P.E, Maths, English Literature
