Personal Description:

I am a dancer from Italy currently living in Nottingham.
While training as a professional dancer in Italy I attended university obtaining a Master's Degree in Public Relation with emphasis on Management of the Arts.

I am 30yo, sociable, patient and easy going.

I have travelled a lot and lived abroad (Italy, USA, Holland, Spain) experienced different cultures and learnt different languages (English, French, Spanish some Dutch and very little German).

I have also studied Latin for 8 years.

I have a wide knowledge in both the figurative and performing arts thanks to the years spent working as an employee of one of the major theatres in Italy (Piccolo Teatro di Milano) and as a professional dancer.

I am currently dancing for a Nottingham based company called New English Contemporary Ballet.

Teaching Experience:

My teaching experience consists of the private lessons I used to give in Milan to foreign students and also to English lessons I used to give to Italians.

As a dance teacher as well I have experience working with pupils from 8yo till 22yo.

Italian is my first language and my reading and writing skills are impeccable.

I also can teach correct Italian pronounciation. Thanks to my training as a performer I have no regional accent and speak with a clear and correct use of the language.

Tutoring Approach:

Tutoring will be decided according to personal needs.
It can vary from basic grammar to conversation.
Books will be used if required by the students.
Study of technical terms of the figurative and performing arts field are also possible.

It is also possible to do some online turoring through mail and msn.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Public Relation with emphasis on management of the arts
