Alexander - Wigan tutor






Information About Alexander:


Personal Description:

I am a Chartered Physicist working in Nuclear Engineering. I am looking to provide tuition in Science (my speciality being physics) and Maths in the Wigan / Greater Manchester area.



Teaching Experience:

I have been providing private tuition for over two years to GCSE Science candidates. I also periodically give technical training or mentoring support in my employment.



Tutoring Approach:

I would always seek to agree the frequency and level of tuition between tutee, parent/guardian (if tutee under 18) and myself, but with total flexibility throughout the tuition period. Realistic goals can be set as part of this process. Feedback on progress and gaps in knowledge is provided as often as required, but I do not see it as the tutor's role to criticise or place undue pressure on the tutee.
