Personal Description:

I am an enthusiastic teacher of Religious Studies and Philosophy, and have been teaching these subjects in Schools since the completion of my degree in Philosophy and Religion. I also hold a Master's degree in Religious Studies.

Teaching Experience:

I am currently working as a qualified teacher of Religious Studies through Key Stages 3 to 5. I have experience of teaching Philosophy and Ethics for the OCR, AQA and Edexcel examining boards, and can offer tuition that is suited to the needs of each student.

Tutoring Approach:

I encourage an inquisitive approach to learning, and find that active learning on the part of the student can lead to both a greater understanding of the subject, as well as a greater retention of knowledge. Resource material is included in the hourly cost of tuition.
