Ting-Ting - Cambridge tutor

Information About Ting-Ting:

Personal Description:

I am a 23 year old medical student in my final year at UCL. I completed the first three years of my training at Gonville and Caius college, Cambridge. I enjoy working with children and find nothing more satisfying than inspiring and making a difference in a child's education. I am dedicated to providing an individualised and enjoyable experience for all my students.

Teaching Experience:

I tutored 1st and 2nd year undergraduate medical students in neurophysiology.
I have a lot of previous experience in tutoring students from key stage 2 to A level.
I have tutored students who went on to achieve the highest grades at GCSE and ALevel.

Tutoring Approach:

The best way to learn is to be interested and passionate about a subject, with the motivation to find out more about it. My approach to tutoring is presenting facts and figures in a fun and manageable way. Learning should not be a chore but a fun and rewarding experience. My style involves reinforcing the basics as a foundation to learning, then slowly adding in more challenging material. I like to tailor my teaching to the interests of the pupil, with special focus on examination technique to achieve high results.
