Personal Description:
Young and dynamic French national, living in Cardiff for 3 years now. I just love communicate and sharing.
Teaching Experience:
Back in France, I used to be a lecturer in primary schools teaching English basics (pupils aged 8 to 12).
I came to Cardiff to work as a Foreign Language Assistant and I since then worked in varous schools as a trainee and then qualified teacher as well as for Caerphilly and Barry's Adult Education Centres.
I have also taught private tuitions, ranging from Cardiff University students willing to secure higher marks and people keen on learning the language for their leisure.
Tutoring Approach:
As adaptable and flexible as possible. Depending largely on what are the actual needs and motivations.
But work is always easier when there's fun ;-).
Forget about the phrase book... I aim at making my pupils self confident and independant learners, able to build on what they have previously achieved to express themselves as freely as possible...
I also back up my teaching with lots of interactive resources, audio files and worksheet.
You will never be left alone ;-)
