Personal Description:
I am an experienced and qualified lecturer in A-levels and adult Ed. I have worked across several fields and in several institutions teaching English, Psychology and access courses. I am a member of the IFL (Institute for Learning) the government body that monitors quality in Post-compulsory education.

Delivered OCNR modules in Adult education for Access to Health and Social Care students.
Worked as an internal verifier for other OCNR courses.
Lecturer Psychology, September 2006- June 07, 6th Form centre Cornwall College, Pool.
Responsible for two groups of pupils at A and A2 Level.
Working experience of the requirements posed by key stage 5 and post-compulsory education.

Tutoring Approach:
Worked as a Support in the area of post-sixteen education helping students reach set proscribed targets has given me experience dealing with different individuals of varying levels and abilities. I have a target based approach to tutoring which reflects the requirements of the ubjects I teach. I havr rxcellent references which show that my students benefit from this approach.
