Personal Description:

I am a thirty six year old female tutor and I am hard working and enjoy job satrisfaction in my chosen field. My aim is to ensure learner progress.

Teaching Experience:

I have been tutoring for 2 years in a training centre and Further Education college in Derbyshire. I have taught Literacy numeracy ICT and assisted ESOL students with their study.

Tutoring Approach:

I approach learners individually depending on their needs and aim to be as inclusive as possible providing relevant resources for the individual learner. I have always worked with learners who have diverse needs including SEN learners, on a regular basis. I follow SMART targets to ensure students are able to learn and have an open approach to students progress and acheivements.
