Personal Description:
I am a qualified English teacher from Poland who wants to teach international students. Last year I graduated The Foreign Language Teacher Training College of the Jagiellonian University and obtained the licentiate diploma (BA degree) in teaching English as a foreign language.
Teaching Experience:
In Poland I used to teach the Callan Method for over three years.
Tutoring Approach:
I am a very friendly and easy-going person. I teach speaking, listening, reading and writing skills as well as grammar and vocabulary using different kinds of materials such as authentic materials, games, DVD's etc., with as much homework as the student wants - classes will be tailored to student's needs. I am learner-centered, and focus on giving you plenty of authentic practice time. For me real interaction means that students attain language skills they can use in the real world, not just in the classroom. I want my students to be able to speak effectively whether it is socially, for work or for travel.
