Personal Description:
I graduated from the University of West London (Brunel University) with a BSc. (Hons) in Applied Biochemistry and an MSc. in Molecular Pharmacology from the University of Manchester and immediately proceeded to do a PhD. at Cardiff University. After completion of my PhD., I was awarded a post doctoral position funded by the British Heart Foundation for a post doctoral work allowing me to continue my work in cell signalling research.
Teaching Experience:
Laboratory teaching assistant to medical, dental and biochemistry undergraduate students. Exam paper marking, regular lab supervision of undergraduate, postgraduate and international students. Ability to present concise and accurate reports logically. Presenting scientific concepts in an understandable form to non-scientists. Tutorials on cell signalling to undergraduate students within Cardiff University.
