Personal Description:
I recently graduated from University of Cambridge in Medicine, and I am currently studying for a Master's in Immunology at Imperial College London.
Teaching Experience:
I have taught piano music theory to children and adults for 8 years. I have also taught science and maths of various levels to children for 6 years.
Tutoring Approach:
I find that a firm understanding of the subject, an understanding of a child's mind, and an appreciation of their other pressures makes a more supportive tutor. I also believe that questions and past papers provide a vital revision tool and test the knowledge of a student. It is time-wasting to merely lecture someone without ensuring their understanding of a topic. I am very passionate about teaching children because I believe that through the correct supervision and hard work, you can reach your full potential to succeed in examinations.
