Personal Description:

I am a motivated teacher with a passion for helping people learn and achieve their full potential.
I am a patient and caring person who learns to understand one's learning style and cater lessons accordingly.
I am organised, reliable and passionate about teaching young people and supporting them in achieving above and beyond their expectations.

Teaching Experience:

I have 17 years teaching experience with children age 6-11. I teach all subjects.I have been graded as outstanding by Ofsted. I have an excellent understanding of the primary curriculum and am able to teach it in a fun and creative way. I have excellent experience in teaching children of all abilities and catering the lessons and resources according to their needs. I am also experienced in teaching children who have English as a second language.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to build up children's confidence. I recognise, encourage and reward children's efforts and progress. I plan lessons carefully according to the primary curriculum and the needs of the child. I assess children according to the national curriculum levels and use this to plan lessons to suit the child's learning needs. I have a 'can do' approach where all children believe they can achieve.
