Information About Ann:
Personal Description:
I am a friendly qualified TESOL tutor teaching English as a Secondary Language to students at college as well as 1-1 private tuition to different nationalities.
Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching in Bournemouth to all levels of students at an International Language School where the students come for intensive English lessons. I have also worked in Spain with International House where I was teaching children and adults from 10years old to 60 years old!
All levels and also preparation for FCE examinations.
I am now teaching English in a local college to adults under the SQA system.
Tutoring Approach:
I have worked in many roles throughout my life some working for adults with disabilities, customer service and now teaching. All these roles have given me experience working with individuals and shown that I am a peoples'person who listens intentively and helps the individuals.
Now in my tutoring role I can use these skills and build a rapport with my students on a 1-1 basis.
I am passionate about teaching and get great satisfaction seeing my students improve in their studies.
