Personal Description:
As an experienced private tutor in Glasgow, I am passionate about my subject and about helping others of all ages to better understand aspects of English language and literature. I offer bespoke tuition to students of English as a second language and to A-level and GCSE students aiming to improve their exam scores.
I also offer proofreading services at reasonable rates.
I have a two first-class degrees in English Literature (BA and Masters) from St. Hilda's College, Oxford, and St. John's College, Oxford, respectively.

Tutoring Approach:
The kinds of tutorial given depend on the pupil's particular needs and desires and are usually discussed before the first tutorial. I am able to travel to most locations within greater Glasgow (I do not charge for travel expenses) and also offer online tutoring at reduced rates.
