Personal Description:

I am an English Literature graduate who developed a love of literature and the arts at an early age; I am currently employed by a broadsheet newspaper but I harbour a secret desire to become a successful and critically acclaimed author (sssh!).

Teaching Experience:

I am a reading mentor at an inner city comprehensive.
I took an ESOL module whilst at university.
I have helped my 7 yr old son learn to read - he has been recognised as being a 'gifted & talented' pupil as a result of his advanced reading skills.

Tutoring Approach:

With a good sense of humour and a friendly approach, I aim to encourage and inspire my tutees and instill a love of literature and the English language.
