Information About Andy:
Personal Description:
Hi, my name is Andy and I finished my BSc degree in Imperial College London. I am very good at teaching maths, accounting and economics and speak fluent English. I am a native Mandarin speaker, so if some students want to learn another language, I am very happy to teach.
In my academic studies I am a self-motivated hard working and independent student. I am particular interested in mathematics, in which I have gained a good grade in A-Level mathematics with nearly full marks in pure maths and a grade (A) (97%, nearly full marks) in maths module at Imperial College . My numerical skills helped me analyse problems with good logical order and improved my organisational skills.
Teaching Experience:
I had several years teaching experience in UK(as a private tutor). All my students achieved good grade in their exams (GCSE and A Level).
Tutoring Approach:
I will encourage the student to be as open as possible about what he or she needs help with and to ask as many questions as needed to understand even the most basic areas. I will not simply give answers. My role is to help the pupil get it right for themselves.
