Information About Adaugo:

Personal Description:

I consider myself to be a patient, approachable person, with strong communication skills. I am currently studying Pharmacology at UCL and I plan to study medicine after I've completed my degree. I enjoy working with people of all ages and I would love to advise and help other students achieve their true potential.

Teaching Experience:

I've volunteered as a classroom assistant at Fulham Primary school, where I helped children with reading difficulty with some encouraging results.
I've tutored my younger sister for her Chemistry and Biology GCSE, where she gained A*s in both courses.
I participated in a Life Science Department mentoring programme, where as assigned to be a mentor to a group of first year students. I organized drop-sessions for the students and give them advice about studying techniques.

Tutoring Approach:

I have a flexible approach to tutoring that is tailored to suit the needs of the students. I would like to find out the problem they have the subject or topic and go from there. I go through practice exam questions explaining the answers clearly but succinctly . If necessary, I like to help them understand the subject with mnemonics.
