Tutoring Approach:
In the first place, Goals and targets of my students are always used as motivation in their studies. Personal or group program is tailored according their level and needs.
I try to give interesting classes and use full range of students' abilities so I'm using various approaches ( Discovery, Communicative etc) to keep students active and engaged, carefully planning lessons (PPP), use language which is comprehensible , clear and well staged
I always mind individual's psychology like to empathize with my students and treat them all equally, trying to flexibly to what happens in class, even while attempting to follow a pre-arranged plan, use visuals as much as possible.
