Information About Peter:

Personal Description:

I am an MA student and teacher at the University of Nottingham, who has always married the study of books and plays with a love of literature, theatre, art, history and music. I am a practising actor and musician, who likes to share an unending enthusiasm for youth theatre and music as well as talking about books.

Teaching Experience:

I currently teach Introduction to Drama at the University of Nottingham. I have also taught the guitar to people of all ages.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to tailor my lessons to suit individual pupils, always with a focus on finding something to cherish in what is being studied. I believe that any study of literature has to be accompanied by a knowledge of the period in which it was first written and read, so I like to colour my teaching with historical detail and additional references.
