Personal Description:
I am a French student of 21 years old who is learning english. I would like to become an interpreter, so I have been learning english, german and portuguese since high school.
My hobbies are reading, writing, dancing.
I am also keen on sports like swimming, I have a life guard diploma, and I enjoy music and cinema.
I like working with children, I have an au pair and baby sitting experience, and I had many opportunities to help children with their homeworks or in any subjects where they have some difficulties.
Teaching Experience:
2003-2004 : french private lessons level high school in France
2004-2006 : help for homeworks for a 6 years old girl in France
Sept 06-Feb 07 : au pair in England, help for homeworks for 10, 12 and 14 years old children in french, german and english.
Tutoring Approach:
First of all, I need to know the level of my students and the areas where they have some difficulties. Then I give a lesson about these specific points, and give some exercices to make sure they understand.
For languages tuitions the speaking dimension is also really important, so we will alternate writing skills with conversations, where I encourage the student to speak about himself or some others subjets.
We can also read the lessons learned at schoo and I will explain what has not been clearly understood.
