Personal Description:

I currently work as a session musician playing keyboards for various bands and have been doing so for 7 years. Clients have included Echo and the Bunnymen, The lightning seeds, Coral and I currently play with the ordinary boys.
I have also produced a number of bands including Goldfrapp

Teaching Experience:

I am currently part way through a PGCE in Music and have taught keyboard skills and music technology. In addition I have worked for a company called Urban Sounds and went to various schools taking workshops for disadvantaged children. On the course I taught music technology and song writing, teaching students to use loops and combine them to create an original piece of music.

Tutoring Approach:

I'd like to teach music technology one to one tailoring a number of lessons to suit each pupil depending on ability. I can do this from home as i have a studio set up there or going to the pupil's house with a laptop and using headphones.
Each lesson will focus on the different aspects of music technology such as recording, mixing, producing using software called logic audio which is a professional recording package thats widely used in the industry. Furthermore this, i have grade 8 piano I can also combine this with keyboard skills.

• Bmus Music Degree,
• National diploma Music Tech.
• Grade 8 piano
