Personal Description:

An innovative, self directed and conscientious person with passionate commitment to teaching and learning mathematics. Posses good communication skill and excellent teaching skill. Able to work consistently to the highest professional standard and can play vital role in a team work.

I am an international student studying MA in Maths Education at King's College, University of London. I am a qualified overseas mathematics teacher with M Ed qualification in Mathematics Education from Nepal. I also have more than 11 years of teaching experience at different levels of Nepalese schools and about 3 years of experience in teaching mathematics for secondary students as a private tutor in UK.
I am specialised in mathematics education and want to specialise my teaching only in mathematics.

2001 - 2002: Anupam (Unique) Secondary Boarding School, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal; Senior Mathematics Teacher (part time). During the period, I were also engaged in teaching mathematics at grade 10 of Kumudini High School , Kalimati , Kathmandu and Next Generation Residential Academy, Naradevi, Kathmandu.

Tutoring Approach:

First of all I want to check the pre-requisites for the topic or lesson to be taught. If I find no pre-requisites, then I want to go a bit back to give some pre-requisites. Then I start from simple to complex.I want students to learn through several examples.
