Personal Description:

Graduate and experienced Year 5 teacher in a selective, independent school. I speak Received Pronunciation or "RP" - this means English without a regional accent which can be understood globally and which is well regarded.



Teaching Experience:

Fully conversant with the New National Curriculum, preparation for SATs and entry requirements for Year 7 independent sector.



Tutoring Approach:

I am very familiar with the attainment and progress expected of children between ages 9 and 11 in the British education system. I am also aware of the negative effects of hot housing and the posiitive effects of helping children to think independently.
