Personal Description:
I am a 29 year-old French native gentleman currently living in Wales (Ton Pentre, Rhonda Cynon Taff)
I like teaching and to transmit my knowledge (language and culture) of French and Spanish. I am very comprehensive and very willing to help tutee to improve.
I am also a qualified teacher (I possess a PGCE in Secondary Education in Modern Foreign Languages)
Teaching Experience:
November 2006 to December 2007: French lecturer at Weston College in Weston-super-Mare. Teaching French to AS and A2 level students.
September 206 to October 2006: French teacher at the Ysgol Gyfun LLanhari. Teaching French to Key Stage 3 pupils
November 2004 to May 2005: French Language Assistant in England (Doncaster) at The Hayfield School and Rossington All Saints School. Assisting teacher in Key Stage 4 lessons and oral conversation with small Key Stage 5 groups.
November 2003 to February 2004: Tuition of 1st year university students. University of Nantes (France). Support lessons for 1st year students in Spanish
September 1999 to June 2000: French Language Assistant in Northern Ireland (Coleraine and Ballymoney). Assisting teacher in Key Stage 4 lessons and oral conversation with small Key Stage 5 groups.
Tutoring Approach:
Tutoring is my favourite way of teaching as it allows quick progress and personal support to individuals. I do not judge tutees on their level at French or Spanish. The more important for me is to help these individuals to improve their competencies in the French and Spanish Language and culture up to the target that they need to achieve.
